“Sickness is a loss of balance in the person’s
energy system… Bringing balance to the patient just means
restoring this natural flow of life energy. When we locate and
open up a blocked area, we are to obtain very good results, even
in serious cases.”

Qigong and Tai Chi (China’s Traditional
Healing Exercises) - Taught By Peggy Li. C.M.T & Nianzu Li. L.Ac
Nearly everyone can learn the ancient, self-healing and self-balancing
exercises from China. Until you experience qi (chi) exercise, you cannot
fathom the power and the pleasure of peaceful movement for body, mind,
and spirit. The healing power, mind/body unification and age-defying
effects from qigong (or chi kung) and tai chi practice have been clinically
validated.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe in the power of self-healing and preventing
disease by treating the problem early (before a hill becomes a mountain).
We strongly support client self-empowerment through education and action.

Nianzu Li is classically trained in all aspects

Li is fortunate to have learned the old way-directly

of the Shang lineage, the Imperial Family Physicians. Li originated
Tiny Needle Therapy and utilizes numerous healing approaches
and techniques to discern and treat the root of a person’s
illness.
|
In 1981, he brought qigong to the Washington, D.C. area from his hometown,
Beijing. He has taught both qigong and tai chi to thousands in the Washington
DC and Montgomery County area.
“The art of Chinese Medicine is its ability to discern the
cause of disease. But you cannot just tend to a person’s symptoms.
Symptoms are neither individual nor isolated. They came from a root
and developed like branches of a tree.“ --Nianzu
